Packing up for Guatemala

Thanks to a generous donation from the church we purchased and assembled approximately 120 student kits to take down with us.  You can also see us organizing yarn donated by the church knitting group for crafts with the children from the church in Chajul.  Thanks to Rich and Sudie Watkins we have two framed copies of the covenant between WPC, the Central Presbyterian Church in Guatemala City and the church in Chajul to give to each of the churches.  The church also provided significant funding to purchase building materials for the new church in Chajul, to support training for the lay pastors there, and to support the continuing education for two young ladies from the church.
